Brunchpants is a collection of favorite resources on food, travel and urban survival. 

Monique Otero ( a.k.a. Mo ) created BRUNCHPANTS in 2015 to put the results of her food experiments, countless hours of research and colorful travels in one place. WITH A BACKGROUND in interior design and architecture, MO began her career in Hospitality design with Adam tihany, managing restaurant projects for Thomas Keller AND SPACE PLANNING cruise ships and HOTELS. she later made the switch to brand management at Starwood Hotels where she dedicated herself to perfecting the hotel guest experience. CURRENTLY AS A NEW MOM, MO lives and works in LOS ANGELES WITH her son Fin and husband dan.
